Whether on-site or back to base, we will first perform a system audit. A system audit will identify all options which should function on your computer. A system audit enables us to place a value or worth to your computer.

Whatever you opt for, we can proceed to copy your existing information onto a set of CD archives. Your essential documents, favourite music, pictures & video will be preserved.
If you elect to repair, we will not remove something that cannot be restored. We will not charge you to mend something that isn’t broken.
Passwords from a system audit enable us to lawfully regenerate a system even if you have lost the original disks.
